Her dedication to nursing is rooted not only in her professional experience, but also in her personal understanding of how substance use impacts individuals and families.
Born to parents struggling with addiction, Heather has witnessed firsthand the importance of compassionate, skilled care in the recovery process. These experiences shaped her commitment to behavioral health nursing and strengthened her belief that quality care, empathy, and human connection can make a lasting difference in a person’s recovery journey.
Known for her compassionate leadership, patient advocacy, and hands-on approach to care, Heather is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel respected, encouraged, and empowered to heal.
